Questions patients ask
Which dental insurance plans do you accept? 
We accept most major dental PPO plans and AHCCCS. Call the office you plan to visit with your insurance card, and our team will confirm your plan before your visit.
Do you accept AHCCCS (Arizona Medicaid)?
Yes. Ultra Dental accepts AHCCCS, Arizona's Medicaid program. What your plan covers depends on the plan, so call your office with your member ID and we'll check your benefits before treatment. For the Mesa office, opening December 2026, insurance participation is still being finalized.
What if I don't have dental insurance?
You can still be seen. Every new patient gets a free consultation, and new patients who pay on their own (self-pay) also get free X-rays and a 3D CBCT scan. Ask about our Ultra Discounts plan, and you can pay over time with Cherry, Sunbit or CareCredit.
