All-on-4 fixed teeth
Four implants support a full arch of teeth that stays in place. You don't take it out at night.
All-on-4 uses four implants to hold a full arch of teeth that stays in your mouth. If you're tired of a loose denture, or most of your teeth can't be saved, we'll show you whether it fits your case and what it costs before you commit.
No pressure. No judgment. Treatment is always your choice.

You get a written plan and quote that lists each step, like extractions, implants and your final teeth, before any work begins.
Sedation is available if you're anxious, and we explain every stage so you're never guessing.
3D CBCT imaging is used to plan where each implant goes before treatment starts.
All-on-4 may be worth asking about if:
No pressure. No judgment. Treatment is always your choice.
Your quote lists what's included, including extractions or bone grafts if your case needs them.
You can take your plan home, compare it with other options, and decide when you're ready.
If a single implant, a bridge or an implant-supported denture fits you better, we'll tell you.
Every case is different. This is the general path.
We look at your gums, teeth and jawbone with a 3D CBCT scan to see if All-on-4 fits your case.
You get the steps, the timeline and the cost in writing, including any teeth that need to come out.
In many cases the implants can be placed the same day, with temporary teeth while you heal. Healing commonly takes three to six months before your final teeth are attached.
We use 3D CBCT imaging to look at the bone, nerves and neighboring teeth from every angle, so your implants are planned carefully before treatment starts.
A full-arch plan usually includes an exam and 3D imaging, removal of any teeth that can't be saved, placement of the implants, a temporary set of teeth while you heal, and your final custom set of teeth. Some cases also need a bone graft or gum treatment first. Your quote should list each of these so you can compare plans fairly.
There's no single price, because it depends on how many arches you're treating, the materials for your final teeth, and whether you need extractions or bone grafts. The reliable answer is a written quote after an exam. The consultation is free for new patients, and new self-pay patients also get free X-rays and a free 3D CBCT scan.
We accept most major dental PPO plans and can review what yours may cover before you commit. You can also ask about financing through Cherry, Sunbit and CareCredit, in-house payment plans with no credit check, and our Ultra Discounts plan if you don't have insurance.
If dental work makes you nervous, sedation is available at all three offices, and IV sedation is offered at our Peoria office. Tell us how you feel at your consultation and we'll plan around it.
All-on-4 is a full-arch treatment where four dental implants support a complete row of teeth that stays fixed in place. It's for people missing most of their teeth in an arch, or whose remaining teeth can't be saved.
In many cases the implants can be placed the same day, with a temporary set of teeth while you heal. The final teeth are usually attached after a healing period of about three to six months.
It depends on the number of arches, the materials and any extractions or bone grafts. We give you a written quote after an exam. The consultation is free for new patients.
All-on-4 teeth stay fixed, while a regular denture comes out. An implant-supported denture is another option in between. Which is right for you depends on your bone, your health and your budget, and we'll go over all of them.
